Questions to Ask Mobile Home Remodelers in Glendale, CA

If you’re considering a mobile home renovation or upgrade project in Glendale, CA, you’ll want to ensure that you hire the right mobile home remodelers for the job. Your mobile or manufactured home is a significant investment, and it deserves the attention of skilled professionals who can enhance its aesthetics, functionality, and value. To help point you in the right direction, here are the top questions to ask before entrusting your project to any mobile home contractor in Los Angeles County.

What Experience Do You Have in Mobile Home Renovation?

The first question to ask any potential mobile home remodeler is about their experience. You’ll want to know how long they’ve been in the industry, how many projects they’ve completed, and whether they have specific experience in mobile or manufactured home upgrades. At Hami Construction Inc., we have years of experience in prefab home remodeling and have completed numerous successful projects throughout Glendale and CA.

Can You Provide References and Portfolio?

A reputable mobile home contractor should be able to provide you with references from previous clients and a portfolio of their work. This will give you a firsthand look at the quality of their craftsmanship and their ability to handle mobile home interior redesign, mobile home flooring replacement, modular home improvements, and more. We’re proud to showcase our portfolio, and we’ll gladly provide references upon request.

Are You Licensed and Insured?

Before hiring any mobile home remodelers, it’s crucial to ensure they are licensed and insured. This protects both you and the contractor in case of accidents or unforeseen issues during the project. At Hami Construction Inc., we are fully licensed and insured, providing you with peace of mind throughout the remodeling process.

What Services Do You Offer?

Ask the mobile home remodeler about the range of services they offer. Do they specialize in mobile home kitchen makeovers, mobile bathroom renovation, trailer home refurbishment, or mobile home siding replacement? At Hami Construction Inc., we offer a comprehensive suite of services to cater to all your mobile home renovation needs.

Do You Provide a Written Estimate?

A transparent and professional mobile home contractor should provide you with a detailed written estimate for your project. This should include a breakdown of costs, materials, and timelines. We always provide our clients with clear and comprehensive estimates to ensure there are no surprises along the way.

What Is Your Timeline for Completion?

Ask about the expected timeline for completing your mobile home renovation project. Understanding the project’s duration will help you plan accordingly. At Hami Construction Inc., we strive to complete projects efficiently without compromising on quality.

Have a question?

In 1798, José María Verdugo, a corporal in the Spanish army from Baja California, received the Rancho San Rafael from Governor Diego de Borica, formalizing his possession and use of land on which he had been grazing livestock and farming since 1784. Rancho San Rafael was a Spanish concession, of which 25 were made in California. Unlike the later Mexican land grants, the concessions were similar to grazing permits, with the title remaining with the Spanish crown.

The Catalina Verdugo Adobe is the city’s oldest building. It was built on Rancho San Rafael, granted to José María Verdugo in 1784, which included all of modern-day Glendale.

New Spain achieved its independence from the Spanish Empire in 1821, and from 1824, Rancho San Rafael existed within the new Mexican Republic.

Mexican rule ended during the Mexican-American War: Americans took control from the Californios after a series of battles, culminating with the signing of the Treaty of Cahuenga on January 13, 1847. With the cession of California to the United States following the Mexican-American War, the 1848 Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo provided that the land grants would be honored. As required by the Land Act of 1851, a claim was filed with the Public Land Commission in 1852, confirmed by the Commission in 1855, and the grant was patented to Julio and Catalina Verdugo in 1882.
